Terms of service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms cover ouicu at ouicu.com and the links it serves on ouicu.app, provided by enkelt.design (CVR 45871290), Lille Bygade 13, 2635 Ishøj, Denmark.
The service
ouicu gives a site running on your computer, or a site you upload, a public address. It is in beta: features and limits may change, and we do not guarantee uptime.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your login.
- Only share sites you have the right to share.
- Do not use ouicu for phishing, malware, pretending to be someone else, child sexual abuse material, or anything unlawful. We may block names, stop links and close accounts that do, without notice, and we report child sexual abuse to the police.
- Previews show web pages. ouicu does not pass on video, audio or files to download, and stops responses over 50 MB.
- Every preview shows visitors a small Report button, added by ouicu. Reports go to ouicu, not to you.
- Links on the free plan show visitors a short notice before the site opens.
- Each plan includes an amount of data a month that visitors take from your links (1 GB on the free plan). Past it, your links show visitors that they are paused, until the month ends or you move to a plan with more. One visitor can take up to 250 MB a day from a link, so a single visitor cannot use up your month.
- When you list the people who may open a link, we email them a link to it when they ask for one, and tell you when they open it. List only people you may share it with.
- On plans with last versions, a link under a reserved name shows the last version of what it showed while your computer is offline. Stop the share, or take down its last version, from your dashboard to take it down entirely.
- On Pro you can start a team and invite people to it by email. You pay for the team, and for each seat beyond the 3 Pro includes; a waiting invitation holds a seat. Invite only people you work with.
- Names reserved in a team belong to the team: anyone in it can share and upload under them, change who can open them, and stop what the others share there. When someone leaves or is taken out, their shares under the team's names stop and their sites under them go to the team's owner.
Payment
ouicu is free during the beta. Paid plans will be billed monthly by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record. We will tell you by email before a paid plan applies to your account.
Your data
What you share and upload stays yours, and you can delete it at any time. The privacy page covers personal data.
Reporting a link
If a link on ouicu.app is used for phishing, malware or illegal content, use the Report button on the page, the form at ouicu.com/report, or email [email protected] with the address. We confirm each report and tell you what we decided.
How we deal with reports
We act on reports and on two automatic checks: ouicu flags pages with a password or card field whose title names a bank or a well-known brand, and Cloudflare checks images against lists of known child sexual abuse material and blocks what matches. A person at ouicu decides on every report and flag. We may block a name, stop a preview or suspend an account. If we do, we email you what we did and why, unless the police ask us not to, and you can reply to ask us to look again.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we shut ouicu down, we give 60 days notice by email.
Liability
ouicu is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim. Danish law applies.
